This 5,973 square foot home had great bones, but was not functional for the new family. We gutted and remodeled the entire house, added a mud room, walk-in pantry, dog room, eat-in kitchen banquette, and added a pool bath along with a second study upstairs. The real show-stopper is the billiard room, with added beams to support the proper lighting, in the room that was once an unused formal sitting area. There's so much to love about this project!
