This 5,031 square foot new construction home melds the western influences of one partner with the stylish preferences of the other partner. A pallet of rich greens, earthy reds, deep ochres and warm neutrals became the guiding colors for both the interiors and exteriors. A variety of textures, mixed metals and distinct materials along with curated art pieces were used in each space to create an elevated and inspired vibe. The home owners tool leather for a hobby, so we created a space to combine this passion with a fun space to spend time with friends and enjoy cocktails.
